Qualifications

Your Instructor is ADI qualified and fully licensed by the the RSA to give driving tuition.

• You must be aged 17 or older (16 or over if disabled) .  
• You must hold a driving license that is valid (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign license).
• It is your responsibility to provide your instructor with proof that you have a valid license to drive before the commencement of your first driving lesson. If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for such driving lesson.

Payments

Payment must be made at the time of booking in order to secure the instructor and vehicle for the duration of the agreed lesson. Please note that all payments are non-refundable . At this point a binding agreement is made between you and Biz-ee Liz-ee Driving School. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights to be provided with the goods and services you have bought.

You must give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.

The driving test bookings always take priority over other lessons. Therefore, your lesson may be postponed to allow for someone else’s driving test and vice-versa. Changes to lesson bookings as a result of this will be notified immediately. Test appointments must be notified to your instructor as soon as they are known; otherwise she cannot guarantee to provide a vehicle for your test.
